Terms of use

Two things, and nothing renews:

• Free scan — $0. Ten questions asked three times on ChatGPT, emailed within 24 hours. One per dealership.
• Dealership AIO Playbook — $399. Sixty localized questions, asked three times on ChatGPT and once through Google AI Mode: 240 recorded answers, read end to end by a person, with a written fix list for your dealership. In your inbox within 24 hours of payment. An optional service-department add-on ($100) adds twenty service questions to the same battery.

One-time prices. No contracts, no retainer, nothing auto-renews, and no sales call is required to buy.

A delivered playbook may offer optional implementation work by quote. That work is a separate engagement: nothing is owed unless you accept a written quote, and its scope, price and terms are those stated in the quote itself.

We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue. AI answers are produced by systems we do not control and they change from day to day. Anyone who promises you a position in them is guessing with your money.

What we guarantee is the work: the measurement is run as described, every answer is handed over in full, and every fix on the list is written out so you or your vendor can act on it.

Changes of this kind typically take 30 to 90 days to appear in AI answers, if they appear at all.

Your dealership website and an email address — that is all. We read your name, city and inventory off the site ourselves.

You confirm that you are authorized to act for the dealership you submit, and that the information you give us is accurate.

Some fixes on your playbook have to be made by whoever hosts and runs your website. The playbook includes them written as a ticket your provider can action, but implementing them is between you and your provider — a playbook is not refundable on the grounds that a third party would not cooperate.

Payment is taken in full at purchase through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.

Reports are non-refundable once delivered, because the deliverable is the information itself. If something has gone wrong — the wrong dealership, the wrong market, a file that never arrived — email contact@aioplaybook.com within 7 days and we will fix it or refund it.

You own your playbook and everything in it — the fix list, the vendor page, the recorded answers. Use it, hand it to another vendor, act on it yourself. It is yours.

We keep our methodology, question batteries, templates and software. The AI answers reproduced in your report are the output of third-party systems, quoted as recorded.

Please do not resell or republish our reports as your own product.

Every report is reviewed by a person before it ships: sources opened and checked by hand, competitor names verified as real local businesses, and anything we cannot back up removed. Even so, AI systems produce statements that are wrong, and a report may record one — that is the point of recording it. Nothing in a report is a statement of fact by us about any dealership, ours or anyone else’s.

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

One free scan per dealership. Do not use the free scan to research businesses you do not represent, do not attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use anything we produce to disparage another business. We may decline or discontinue service, with a refund of anything unperformed.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the terms in force when you paid are the ones that govern your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
